AC stopped cooling yesterday late afternoon. Called and Keith called back promptly and did some troubleshooting on the phone. A service visit became necessary. He was out early early this am. He called ahead at the time he said he would and showed up when he said he would. He was prompt, professional and very competent. Capacitor needed replaced. Wow! I am speechless over the service this company provides. They did my father’s home and aunts as well. I just had my AC unit replaced and they were ON it from minute one! Just a quick call to Rob and he was out there the next day. Parts ordered and a new unit installed in a few days… AMAZING! Technicians Glenn and Kevin were incredibly professional and left the place cleaner than it was to start. I highly recommend this company for fast reliable and courteous service. Bernie and his team were amazing! They were easy to get in touch with and came out to the house immediately to give a reasonable quote along with good suggestions to make cost saving improvements. They scheduled the job asap and took care of installation the very next day.
