Having been in the heating and air conditioning business for over 30 years there's one thing we've learned. It's all about service! Our service technicians are the backbone of our company. Our certified and trained service technicians have extensive knowledge with all makes and models of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. Our training program that each and every technician attends exemplifies our on-going commitment to quality. Our service department provides service 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We route our service technicians using state-of-art computer dispatching. Each of our service vans has a comprehensive inventory of parts and, if we don't carry it, we have over 700 parts in our warehouse. We charge using a flat rate manual, meaning we give you a price before we do any repairs, leaving no guessing as to how much the bill will be when we finish. Our service department's goal is
100 percent customer satisfaction and we prove it! We can and do provide the best service in the tri-county area.

We offer an "Energy Saving Service Agreement" for our residential and some small business customers. The agreement covers twelve months and provides you with
two comprehensive clean and check visits. These visits are normally scheduled for the spring and fall, to allow us to get your system operating at
maximum efficiency before the peak season arrives. Also included are priority dispatching in case of an additional service call, 10% off parts and labor on any repairs and no higher overtime rates for nights, weekends or holidays.
We also offer service agreements for our larger commercial customers. These
agreements also cover 12 months but are likely to have more visits included due to the harsher conditions commercial systems tend to operate under. Add-on and Replacement Systems
Systems too large perform inefficiently, often causing mold or mildew to grow, or cause a cool clammy feeling. Systems too small may run constantly yet never get your home or office to a comfortable temperature. Every heating and air conditioning system needs to be custom designed for a particular home or business. As a result, no contractor can tell you exactly what you will need or how much it will cost until they have surveyed your site. Tell the dealer of any problems or complaints you've experienced with your present system, such as hot or cold spots or high humidity, so he can evaluate your comfort needs. Also, look at a total comfort system, including outdoor unit, indoor unit, thermostat and air cleaner. Even though each component is separate, they're all designed and engineered to work together. A perfectly balanced system is the best way to get the highest comfort and efficiency. Whether
you're looking to replace an existing unit or system, need an existing system modified
due to remodeling or have added an addition, we have the products and services to satisfy
you.
